When your visitor pays for their order, they'll create an account, the details of which are saved to Website Customer Management.
The information is available for you to view, edit and delete as you require. You can also export data to an excel file and import it e.g. for use in Microsoft Word.
This is also used in connection with Email Marketing Management, so you can send emails to all those in your system, in accordance of course with netiquette - no spamming.
You can log in from any PC or MAC with an internet connection...at home, the office, or on the move. No special software required or special training.
